Description:
Presenting a magnificent and beautifully detailed vintage Chinese porcelain vase, crafted in a lobed "melon" form with a scalloped, ruyi-shaped mouth rim.
The vase is covered in a stunning, vibrant apple-green ground, richly decorated with a dense pattern of scrolling vines. The main body features exquisitely hand-painted fruiting branches in the Famille Rose palette, depicting golden citrons (symbols of fortune), pink peaches (symbols of longevity), and elegant birds perched among the leaves. The bottom is accented with a band of yellow and green lotus petals.
Provenance: The base bears a blue seal mark reading "乾隆御制" (Made by Imperial Command of the Qianlong Emperor) and is accompanied by an original vintage label reading "Made in China aulum 1960 Lot", definitively dating this piece to the early 1960s. This is a superb example of mid-20th century Chinese porcelain.
Condition: Excellent condition. The glaze is vibrant and glossy with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. The painted details are crisp and beautifully preserved. The original 1960 label is fully intact. Please refer to all photos for exact condition.
