Its architectural proportions make it a great display piece while taking up very little floor space.

The piece is intended to be placed against and secured to a wall for stability and retains its original wall-mounting hardware.

We have given the rattan frame a light refinish while intentionally retaining the variation, patina and imperfections associated with age and use. The woven shelves remain largely original and show wear throughout. Most notably, several shelves have areas of older string or thread intertwined through the rattan weave, likely from a previous repair or reinforcement. We chose to leave this in place rather than disturb the original weaving.

Additional age-related marks, finish variation, small losses and imperfections are present throughout and contribute to the character of the piece.

A fantastic tall, sculptural piece for displaying books, pottery, shells, collections or — obviously — an unreasonable amount of vintage bamboo smalls.
