Vintage Art Deco Streamline Table Lamp, circa 1930s–1940s
Striking vintage Art Deco table lamp featuring a sculptural streamlined form in polished chrome. The elongated, aerodynamic shade is supported by a tapered central column and substantial stepped rectangular base, creating a distinctly machine-age aesthetic. Three original-style controls are set into the front of the column, adding both visual interest and functional character.
The highly reflective chrome finish beautifully emphasizes the lamp’s sweeping curves and geometric construction. An exceptional example of American Art Deco/Streamline Moderne design, equally suited to a desk, console, credenza, or bedside table.
