Description:
Presenting a beautiful and charming vintage Chinese porcelain covered jar. This piece features a rounded, globular body with a matching domed lid, coated in a soft, pale celadon/beige glaze with a subtle natural crackle (crazing).

The exterior is exquisitely painted in the Famille Rose palette with a lively "Boys Playing" (婴戏图) scene. It depicts several playful children in colorful traditional robes, holding auspicious objects like lotuses and ruyi scepters, playing happily in a garden setting. The reverse side features elegant Chinese calligraphy accompanied by a red artist seal. The lid is also painted with a matching scene of boys playing.

The base is glazed in white and bears a red seal mark. The jar shows natural age-related crazing/crackles, adding to its vintage charm and character.

Condition: Good vintage condition. The glaze is vibrant and glossy. There are natural, age-appropriate crazing/crackle lines (sometimes called "chicken claw marks") across the surface, which are typical for this type of porcelain and do not affect its structural integrity.
