The little picture is in very good conditions, with an inscription on the back of the ivory cardboard. Lippy lipshitz (russia, 1903 – israel, 1980) along with, m. Kottler and anton van wouw, lipshitz is well known as one of the most famous south african sculptors, although his lithuanian origins. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
