An original vintage vase made of Murano art glass,
using the striking Sommerso technique.
The geometric shape of the transparent glass block with a purple and blue element embedded inside creates a distinctive, three-dimensional effect.
The vase represents the aesthetic of Italian modernism of the 1960s
and is an interesting example of Italian art glass from the mid-20th century.
The design is attributed to the studios of Alessandro Mandruzzato or Flavio Poli.
Condition: good to very good, with slight, almost invisible scratches,
no chips. Preserved in its original condition.
