For your consideration, a Tandberg TR 2075 MkII, a highly regarded vintage stereo receiver manufactured in Norway between 1977 and 1978.
Tandberg engineered this receiver with a "three components in one" philosophy. It aimed to match the individual performance of a standalone tuner, preamplifier, and power amplifier in a unified chassis.
It features a striking Scandinavian design characterized by a rich wood veneer case (rosewood ), deep square push buttons, and an iconic dark blue illuminated dial scale. It delivers 75 watts per channel into 8 ohms, utilizing a heavy-duty toroidal power transformer that was ahead of its time for consumer receivers.
