Each sconce features a tall, gently flared hand-blown glass shade worked with a dense pattern of tiny suspended air bubbles, creating the softly textured surface traditionally associated with Venetian pulegoso glass. The inclusions lend depth and movement to the glass while beautifully diffusing the light when illuminated.

The elongated upper element terminates in a sculptural, vertically ribbed Murano glass form, introducing an appealing contrast in texture and giving the composition a jewel-like architectural finish.
