Add a touch of traditional Chinese charm to your space with this elegant double-handled porcelain vase. The vase features a beautiful cream-colored "crackle glaze" (craquelure) background that gives it a sophisticated, aged patina.
The focal point of the piece is the bold, overglaze red decoration depicting a playful Foo Dog (Guardian Lion) intertwined with a stylized brocade ball and ribbons—a classic Chinese motif symbolizing protection, prosperity, and good fortune. Accents of green foliage complement the striking red design. The neck of the vase is adorned with two intricate lug handles.
It is a versatile size (25cm tall), making it perfect for displaying on a mantle, console, or bookshelf, either alone or paired with other Asian antiques.
