The balance is an original contemporary artwork realized by danilo bergamo (b.1938) in 1964. Original watercolor con paper. Hand-signed on the right margin by the artist in red pencil: bergamo. Titled by the artist in red pen on the lower right corner: ''l'equilibrio''. Dated and located on the lower left corner: usa 1964. Good conditions. Danilo bergamo (b.1938) after starting his artistic training in macerata he moved to rome with a scholarship from the experimental center of cinematography and then followed the free school of nude directed by balthus at villa medici. He spent a long time in paris, amsterdam and in new york he discovered pop art. In addition to a personal exhibition for the new bnl headquarters inaugurated by n. Rockfeller, he organized other important personal and collective exhibitions in italy (venice biennale 1982 and 1986 , and rome quadrennial), europe, usa, latin and central america. Rai-tv has produced a documentary on the artist's pictorial work, directed by c. Montanaro, music by p. Donaggio. On the occasion of the opening of the world trade center in lugano, in 1992 he set up a solo exhibition at the ''il cigno nero'' international gallery. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
