Quality is very good, done in Neoclassical Empire style, long backplate topped with Neo-classical style cartouche, center featuring a round mirror, and below are two arms with lights. European made, likely France. Wall lights are in good condition, minimal age / use wear - please see photos. Size of these beauties is great to fit anywhere at 16.5” tall x 9.5” wide x 5.25” deep.
