Charming hand-painted Limoges France porcelain trinket box modeled as a dimensional flower, with sculpted white petals, a sunny yellow and orange center, and a green painted base.
The hinged box is finished with an ornate metal mount and whimsical bee-form clasp. Open the box to reveal a tiny hand-painted bee inside, an especially delightful detail.
Marked on the underside “Limoges France Peint Main,” indicating hand-painted decoration.
A wonderful small collectible for a Limoges collection, vanity, dressing table, or layered display of decorative objects.
