A charming small-scale pair of covered urns in the Sèvres / Louis XVI-revival manner — deep cobalt blue banding, raised gold gilt scrollwork, and hand-painted floral bouquets in a soft, romantic palette. The white blossoms are worked in a raised white enamel (paste), giving them genuine dimension and texture against the flat-painted colors around them — a detail that points to finer hand-decoration. Campana-form bodies with double gilt scroll handles, gilt acorn-bud finials, and gilt-edged square plinth bases. Back-stamped with a crowned "PM" mark, pointing to a Continental (likely German) porcelain decorating house of the early-to-mid 20th century rather than a period French Sèvres attribution — priced and described accordingly as "Sèvres style."
Their compact scale makes them an easy pair for a mantel, bookshelf, or curio vignette — enough presence to read from across a room, small enough to layer with other objects.
