Presenting an absolutely spectacular and exceptionally rare monumental Chinese vase, showcasing a fusion of masterful painted enamel and heavy cast gilt bronze work.

The Enamel Body: The vase features a vibrant imperial yellow ground, meticulously hand-painted with continuous scrolling floral vines and intricate lotus patterns in reds, blues, pinks, and greens. The neck and foot are bordered with striking blue and white ruyi bands. The base is fully enameled in yellow and bears a gilt bronze square seal.

The Gilt Openwork Panels: The crowning glory of this vase is the four magnificent, heavy cast gilt bronze circular panels set into the body. These panels feature extraordinary high-relief, openwork (lattice) carvings of majestic imperial dragons writhing through dense clouds and floral scrolls, chasing a flaming pearl. The gilt bronze is exceptionally thick and brilliantly polished, creating a dazzling three-dimensional effect.

The piece is solid, substantial, and incredibly heavy (13.45 lbs). The interior is finished in polished bronze.
