This is a beautiful and vibrant vintage Chinese enameled brush pot, crafted on an iron body with rich, colorful enamel work (similar to Cloisonné).
The pot is covered in a deep, jewel-toned emerald green enamel background. The central panel features a circular white "medallion" (opening) enclosing a beautifully detailed Bird and Flower scene, depicting a colorful bird perched on a flowering branch. The green background is further decorated with vivid butterflies (yellow, purple) and red flowers. The bottom edge is adorned with a row of pink oval "jewel-like" details and a brass ring.
