This is a beautiful vintage Chinese enameled porcelain vase, featuring a distinctive "flat belly" (Bian Du) shape with a flared rim and a slender neck.
The vase is decorated in the Famille Rose (Falangcai) style. The neck is painted with a landscape scene featuring mountains and a pavilion, bordered by a band of Ruyi clouds.
The main body is set against a soft, warm yellow ground, intricately painted with a lively scene of Chinese court ladies (Shinü) in a garden setting. The ladies are dressed in beautifully detailed, brightly colored robes of red, blue, green, and pink, engaging in leisurely activities.
