This is a charming vintage Chinese Famille Rose porcelain tea jar, beautifully decorated with a lively Goldfish motif.
The jar has a classic, rectangular flat-sided shape with a fitted, cylindrical lid. The exterior is covered in a clean, bright white glaze, intricately painted with a school of bright orange-red goldfish with flowing, delicate tails, swimming amongst vibrant green water weeds and lily pads.
The vivid red and green colors offer a beautiful contrast against the pristine white background.
