Standing at an impressive 33 cm tall, these vases feature a distinctive matte, coral-red gradient at the rims and pedestal bases.The semi-translucent bodies serve as a canvas for hand-painted botanical enamel work, depicting a mirrored composition of wild pink and purple blossoms, twisting foliage, and trailing blue field berries. The undersides feature prominent, authentic rough pontil scars, confirming traditional hand-blown furnace craftsmanship.

A wonderfully colorful, symmetrical pair of antique statement pieces perfect for a mantlepiece or console table.

Condition & Defects. This antique item remains fully functional, but it shows sign of age through scuffs, dings, faded finishes, or minimal upholstery defects.

Note: Both vases are structurally excellent with no chips, cracks, or hairline fractures to the glass body or rims. They present in good antique condition with age-related wear to the surface finishes. As documented in the close-up photographs, there is rubbing and thinning to areas of the hand-painted decoration, particularly around the upper shoulders.

The coral-red areas display typical antique surface clouding, natural bloom, and variations in sheen and patina. The items have been left in original, untouched condition to safely preserve the delicate, century-old pigments.

Good antique condition with honest, age-related wear that confirms their 100+ year history. There is no chips, cracks, or structural damage to the glass. As photographed in the close-ups, there is visible rubbing, thinning, particularly around the upper shoulders. The coral-red areas display typical antique surface clouding, natural bloom, and variations in sheen. Left in original, uncleaned antique condition to preserve the delicate cold-painted pigments.
