A classic vintage banker's desk chair crafted from solid oak with a warm, medium honey finish, dating back to the 1920s era based on a historical hardware design stamped August 3, 1920. Reflecting the durable craftsmanship of the early 20th century, it features a traditional Arts & Crafts slat-back design with seven vertical wooden spindles under a slightly curved top rail. The open, contoured armrests and a sculpted saddle seat are engineered for ergonomic comfort during long working hours. The seat rests upon a heavy-duty, period-correct cast iron swivel-and-tilt mechanism with an adjustable tension knob. Providing stability is a sturdy, four-legged star base made of matching solid oak, which terminates into updated black plastic caster wheels designed for easy mobility across office flooring.
