The large metal pot has a squat, rounded shape, finished with a flared lip to accommodate a lid and flanked by hefty drop handles. Over the centuries, the cauldron has traded the high shine of polished copper for a dark patina with heavy texture and subtle verdigris oxidation. We love the idea of honoring the cooking pot's original use by placing it beside the fireplace or outdoor fire pit, filled with logs and kindling. See less
