Vintage Hollywood Regency French Style Gilt Bronze & White Marble Gueridon Side Table 26” Round in the Manner of Maison Jansen
Made in Italy or Spain 1960s-1980s.
Approx. 27" High x 26" Diameter.
Striking Hollywood Regency premium reproduction French Neoclassical style guéridon accent table.
Featuring a heavy, substantial profile, this vintage mid-to-late 20th-century piece beautifully captures the grandeur of late 19th-century Empire design. It is perfectly scaled to serve as a luxurious side table, tea table, or entryway centerpiece.
The table features a generous, circular white marble slab showcasing soft, natural grey veining.
Constructed from solid, heavy gilt metal (bronze/brass) with a reeded rim apron.
A lower tripod stretcher structure houses an integrated matching marble second-tier shelf, anchored by a finely cast central pinecone finial motif.
Classical figural legs supported by three sweeping cabriole legs terminating in meticulously detailed animal-paw claw feet.
Great used vintage condition consistent with age and light use. The solid marble top remains completely intact with no cracks or chips. Faint, cosmetic surface ring marks are present on the marble finish from light use, which can be polished out if desired. The bronze/brass framework retains a beautiful, bright gold luster with minor age-appropriate patina marks. Marble Brass top needs to be realigned and retighten to under base mount.
