Four serpentine fronted drawers support a hinged writing bureau with a cabinet above. The glass cabinet doors have diamond and oval patterned mullions, complemented by a broken arch pediment and finial at the top of the desk. The writing bureau section features a light bulb and several small cubbies and drawers for additional storage. A key is included. Good condition with surface wear appropriate to the age. The light does not work and will need to be serviced by your local electrician. There are chips, scrapes, scratches and nicks in the wood. The manufacturer and exact date of creation are unknown.
