Superb seated bronze Buddha from the Kingdom of Siam, 19th century.
A very beautiful Buddha that has retained its superb gilding.
The Buddha is depicted in the lotus position, his hands making the Bhumisparsha gesture, that is, calling upon the earth to bear witness.
The sculpture is partially filled with clay in the center and has a mount on the back.
In superb condition with a magnificent patina.
