The Dordogne is the largest tavern-style piece in this collection, and it carries that scale with real presence, a three-inch top set on four-inch legs, proportions chosen to give a table this long the gravity it needs without ever reading as bulky .Every board is reclaimed solid wood, and the surface tells you so at a glance. Expect small chips along the edges, a few tight cracks that have settled into the grain over time, and tone that shifts from warm gold to pale silver as it runs the length of the top, no two stretches quite the same. We leave every mark exactly as it came to us; sanding it smooth would erase the very thing that makes this table worth having.
