The Camargue isn't one of them, even at rest. It stands on two solid panel pedestal legs, no stretcher rail needed, the kind of quiet architectural base that lets the top carry the room instead of the frame underneath. That top runs a full three inches thick, set on two-and-a-half-inch legs, so the whole piece reads substantial without ever turning heavy-handed.

Every board here is reclaimed, solid wood, no veneer. You'll find a few honest cracks and small edge chips across the surface, the kind of marks that come from a life the wood already lived before it reached our workshop. We leave them alone. They're not flaws to sand out, they're the reason reclaimed timber looks like this in the first place, and no two boards wear them quite the same way.
