The design is part of the iconic ‘Ovalen’ series, referring to the oval shape of the top. The tables are marked/stamped with the manufacturer’s details on the underside of the top.

The tops are oval in shape, in oak, with a smooth flat surface and gently rounded edges. Each table stands on four slender, tapered oak legs that splay outward for a light, graceful stance. The legs meet the top with a subtle carved bracket at the join, a detail typical of Malmsten’s work. The oak has a warm, honey-toned finish and a clean, straight grain throughout. The tables are generously sized, versatile enough for use as side tables or occasional tables.
