The pair features two stylized giraffes standing closely together, with the smaller calf positioned beneath the adult's long curved neck. Their bodies are richly decorated with dozens of geometric and organic motifs accented in gold, copper, bronze, silver and amber tones, creating an unusual jeweled or mosaic-like surface.

The sculptural treatment gives the pair a distinctly Hollywood Regency, eclectic and maximalist presence, making them especially effective as a statement accent on a console, credenza, bookshelf or entry table.
