## Description
A pristine vintage glossy porcelain figurine titled "Nuns" (No. 4611), designed by master sculptor Fulgencio García for the world-renowned house of Lladró in Valencia, Spain. First introduced in 1970 and subsequently retired, this iconic design is a superb example of mid-century Spanish porcelain artistry.
The sculpture features two serene sisters standing side-by-side in flowing, crisply pleated habits and the dramatic, wide-brimmed cornette headpieces historic to the Daughters of Charity. Rendered in Lladró’s signature soft, muted pastel palette of delicate greys, crisp whites, and gentle cream tones, the piece features a brilliant, mirror-like glossy glaze finish.
The underside bears the official blue incised Lladró bellflower hallmark, confirmation of authenticity, and design production stamps. A timeless, elegant accent piece perfect for traditional, Hollywood Regency, or modern eclectic spaces.
