Each piece depicts a distinctive male character wearing a traditional ruffled collar and sculptural cap, surrounded by richly modeled period costume details. The projecting hollow caps create functional wall pockets or holders, giving these pieces considerably more dimension and interest than conventional brass wall plaques.
One of the most appealing features is the “H. VANKRUCK” name incorporated directly into the relief design. The reverse displays additional impressed casting/model markings and an integral hanging point.
