Striking signed Venini Murano art glass centerpiece bowl, handcrafted in Venice, Italy. The dramatic shallow bowl features a luminous pale blue interior contrasting with a rich turquoise/aqua exterior, supported by a substantial clear blown-glass spherical foot. The minimalist, almost gravity-defying silhouette gives the piece a distinctly modern sculptural quality.
Signed “Venini” to the clear glass base and retaining its original “Vetri Murano Made in Italy” label. A beautiful example of late-20th-century Italian studio glass and an impressive centerpiece or standalone decorative object.
