Description:
Presenting a beautiful and charming matching pair of vintage Chinese cloisonné enamel candlesticks. Crafted on solid copper bodies with intricate hand-wired filigree (掐丝), they feature a classic, baluster shape with a wide drip pan at the top, a slender waist, and a flared, pedestal base. Each is fitted with a central bronze pin (pricket) for securing pillar candles.

The candlesticks are set against a rich, deep cobalt blue ground and are vibrantly decorated with scrolling floral motifs, featuring stylized pink, yellow, blue, and red blooming lotus flowers and curling vines. The enamel work is bordered by classic brown scalloped lappet patterns around the rims and bases.

The copper/bronze hardware shows a beautiful, natural, aged patina and slight oxidation, highlighting the vintage character of the piece.
