A bold and wonderfully irreverent original painting by American artist Don Edward Hamilton. Rendered in a graphic comic-book style, the work captures a colorful Western confrontation between two cowboys, complete with an oversized speech bubble reading “Take That Jackass!” and the emphatic exclamation “FRAP!”
The artist’s vivid palette, strong black outlines and tightly cropped composition give the painting the energy of a vintage comic panel, with unmistakable Pop Art influence. Signed “Don Edward Hamilton” along the lower edge.
