A matched pair of Bob Timberlake nightstands by Lexington Furniture Industries — model 833-621 from the Carolina Night line, part of the best-selling furniture collection in American industry history.
Each nightstand offers a pull-out candle shelf above a bank of drawers: two small top drawers over two full-width drawers, all on dovetailed boxes that glide smoothly. Aged-brass ball knobs and swan-neck bail pulls, reeded case moldings, and boldly turned bun feet give the pair its William & Mary character. Cherry-family show surfaces throughout.
Both tops were taken to bare wood and fully restored at our Milwaukee-area studio — no shortcuts over water damage, ever — and now present with an even satin sheen, matched to each other in color and depth. The pair is confirmed matching in every dimension and detail.
Nightstands, end tables, or flanking a sofa — a pair this complete rarely stays available long.
