The large-scale brass wall plate features a striking central relief of a runner carrying a flaming torch, set within a stylized Star of David (Magen David). The torch and athlete likely commemorate the Maccabiah Games or the "Torch Run" tradition in early Israeli statehood celebrations.

The Tzel Tzion workshop was a family-run operation known for collaborating with master designers from the Bezalel Academy.
