Beautiful matching pair of hand‑carved Chinese boxwood foo dogs (guardian lions). Traditional auspicious symbolic figures for protection, prosperity and good fortune.
One lion rests its paw upon a ball, the other above a cub, representing power and family blessings respectively. Fine detailed carving on curly manes, facial features, collars and decorative pendants. Compact size perfect for shelf display, mantel decor, bookend accents or collector curio cabinet display.
