Crafted from American birchwood, its warm honey-colored finish features subtle distressing and a delicate antiqued wash that highlights the graceful cabriole legs and scalloped apron. The softly contoured rectangular top and antique brass drawer pull with decorative floral rosettes add classic French country character.

A smoothly operating drawer features traditional dovetail joinery, reflecting the quality craftsmanship for which vintage Ethan Allen furniture is known. The original American maker’s mark remains intact.

Purchased in 1996 and lovingly cared for in a seldom-used formal living room, the table retains its original, unaltered finish and remains in excellent vintage condition. A few minor blemishes near the upper left corner of the tabletop blend discreetly into its gently distressed character.

Perfect for a cozy cottage, a layered grandmillennial interior, or a romantic French country home, this versatile piece brings warmth, character, and enduring style to any room.

Authentic Ethan Allen craftsmanship with the nostalgic appeal of a treasured heirloom. Personally, it reminds me of a bottle of golden honey lit by the sun.
