The layered strips create a strong three-dimensional effect, particularly at the top and lower sides, where the smoked glass elements appear almost to fan out from the central mirror.The combination of angular geometry, coloured glass and asymmetry is wonderfully characteristic of 1980s postmodern design, with subtle Art Deco revival influences.Despite its generous size, the frameless glass construction gives the mirror a light and sculptural appearance.
