This fruit crate/transport box from kleppe s.a. Originates from argentina and was used in the 1950s to transport argentine pears (peras argentinas).
kleppe s.a. Was founded in 1932 by the norwegian knut olai kleppe in cipolletti (río negro) and has been exporting fresh and dried fruit since the 1940s.
beautiful box with multicolored paper covering and various stamps/embossing on the sides.
a lovely industrial style, and today it's perfect for decoration, storing magazines, and more!
