The substantial footed vessel features deeply fluted repoussé-style detailing, a broad open bowl, and an elaborate pierced floral arrangement insert designed for traditional Japanese ikebana flower arranging.
The piece is marked “Pure Silver” and retains its original fitted presentation box, an increasingly uncommon accompaniment that adds significantly to its collectibility and provenance.

With its highly reflective silver surface, substantial construction, and dramatic architectural form, this piece displays beautifully even without flowers and can serve equally well as a centerpiece, decorative vessel, or important addition to a collection of Japanese silver.
