Graceful Chinese general jar (Jiangjun Guan) with domed pointed‑finial lid. Finished in famille‑rose style polychrome painting depicting the famous “Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove” — historical scholars gathering among bamboo forest. The lid is adorned with delicate hand‑painted butterfly artwork. Gold‑toned trim lines accent jar rim and base.
Perfect for mantel decor, console tables, bookcase styling or decorative storage. The scholarly storytelling scene makes this a standout accent for chinoiserie, eclectic, traditional and maximalist home interiors.
