Striking vintage limited-edition wildlife print by Cecil Eakins depicting a pair of American bald eagles at their nest. One eagle is dramatically shown with wings outstretched while its mate rests beside the nest, creating a wonderfully detailed and commanding wildlife composition.
The print is identified as number 42 from a limited edition of 450 and is presented under glass with neutral matting in a substantial dark wood-tone frame. The restrained palette of charcoal, brown and warm neutral tones gives the piece a sophisticated quality that works beautifully in traditional, rustic, lodge, sporting or collected interiors.
A handsome statement piece for an office, library, study, den or gallery wall.
