The back features the signature, title, technique, and date. The plywood panel attached to the back also features a handwritten dedication from the artist and his family. Angelo Cagnone, an artist originally from the province of Savona who lives and works in Milan, develops a pictorial conception considered a transition between figurative and abstract. It is neither instinctive nor emotional; it is thoughtful painting: Cagnone builds the work around an idea, a memory, or a striking event, inserting elements that serve to complete the painting, often photographs and writings. He is considered an exponent of Conceptual Art, understood as the creation of works in which the gestation phase is more important than the planning of their execution. It is therefore a thought-out, reasoned rather than felt art: the execution becomes a matter of pure assembly of objects that form the work. Attached to the work is the Catalogue of Cagnone's personal exhibition in 2018 at the Altarese Glass Art Museum, where the work was exhibited (page 21). This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
