The set comprises a broad glossy black vase and a taller, more slender white vase.

Both pieces share the series’ softly tapered organic form. Their contrasting proportions and monochrome finishes create a balanced composition, while the glossy glaze highlights their gentle curves. The vases can be displayed empty or used with single branches and restrained floral arrangements.

French designer Emmanuel Babled, born in 1967, trained in Milan and has worked across glass, porcelain, lighting and furniture. His designs combine reduced organic forms with an interest in traditional craftsmanship and contemporary production.

The black vase is dated 1997. The white vase is model 4161/36 and comes with its original Rosenthal box.
