Striking matched pair of vintage silvered glass table lamps featuring richly detailed botanical decoration and elegant Asian-inspired black plinth bases.
Each substantial 30-inch-tall lamp features an urn-shaped glass body decorated throughout with raised leafy branches and foliage. The highly reflective silvered surface creates a beautiful dimensional effect as light moves across the deeply textured botanical pattern.
The lamps rest upon substantial square black bases with architectural corner details reminiscent of traditional Chinese furniture, giving the pair a sophisticated Chinoiserie influence. Brass-tone necks and sockets provide a warm contrast to the silver and black palette.
Their impressive scale and reflective surfaces make these excellent statement lamps for a living room, bedroom, console, credenza or pair of bedside tables. Particularly well suited to Hollywood Regency, Chinoiserie, traditional, eclectic and maximalist interiors.
