This elegant statement piece features a striking, asymmetrical shield-like silhouette encased in a thick, brushed solid brass frame. The top curved crest is accented with visible vintage slotted brass screws that secure the metal edging, highlighting the meticulous craftsmanship and raw architectural quality typical of mid-century Italian production. The back retains its original, period-correct particle wood backing board. Presented in wonderful vintage condition, the brass frame exhibits a warm, rich original patina, while the original mirrored glass displays faint, age-appropriate character. A refined and iconic decorative accent perfect for an entryway, dressing area, or gallery display. See less
