Each plate measures 26 cm in diameter and features Fornasetti's iconic muse, the 19th-century opera singer Lina Cavalieri, reinterpreted in surreal, graphic black-and-white motifs including the serpent, the veiled face, the Dalí-inspired mustache, and the rearview mirror. Made in Italy at the Milan atelier on period porcelain blanks, these authentic mid-century pieces showcase original backstamps on the reverse. They are in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks, making them a phenomenal addition for high-end modernariato collectors, design enthusiasts, or gallery wall displays.
