This amazing Etching cames from the Third Edition of the famous series ''Los Caprichos'' and has been published in 1868 by the Calcografia Nacional for the Real Academia of Madrid. The complete edition includes 80 numbered and titled in Spanish works. Etching number 34. Titled on the lower margin ''Las rinde el Sueño '' (The dreams win) Perfect conditions. Nuns, beggars, imprisoned, harlots, all in the same space that recalls a prison cell. The gloomy scene shows a group of unfortunates who end their day in exhaustion and in a place that is barely welcoming. This artwork is shipped from Italy.
