Authentic antique John Danner Manufacturing Co. revolving bookcase, made in Canton, Ohio.
This is the patented Danner design with five tiers of shelving revolving around a stationary central iron post. It retains the original maker/patent stencil identifying it as “Danner's Revolving Bookcase”.
A fantastic functional antique for a library, office or study. Because books can be stored on all four sides, it holds a surprising amount while taking up relatively little floor space.
