A rare and iconic French Art Deco molded glass vase titled "Ronces" (Brambles/Thorns), Model No. 946, designed by René Lalique in 1921. Masterfully crafted in a warm amber-yellow glass, this ovoid vase is decorated with a intricate, high-relief pattern of intertwined thorny branches wrapping organically around the body.
Features a small cylindrical neck and a beautifully frosted, hand-finished patina that highlights the deep dimensional relief. Signed on the underside. A highly collectible, investment-grade masterpiece of French Art Deco art glass.
