GORGEOUS and rare decorative signed Roger Bailey ceramic bell. FIN IS NOT ORIGINAL and was replaced w a soleri fin from my stash of “pieces and parts”.
Sound is dull, due to the ceramic components. Does not ring like a Soleri.
